I have read about your money back guarantee – how does this work?

Any delegate attending one of our open programmes who does not feel that we deliver the content we promise, simply needs to contact us within 7 days after the programme. We will happily refund their fee in full. As a thank you for attending, the detailed course materials can be retained.

How can you get so much into a 3 hour programme?

During our seminars we focus on communicating tried and tested tools and techniques, supported by the knowledge and experience of the delegates. We do not waste time on role playing, breakout meetings or individual exercises.  Our experience is that professional business people prefer to focus on practical content and process rather than an abstract approach. Each delegate also receives a detailed workbook covering the seminar subject in great detail for further reference

How do I know the seminar will address my particular business challenge?

7-10 days before the beginning of the programme, each delegate is invited to input specific detail about their objectives for the programme. This invitation is also repeated at the beginning of the seminar. This information is then used by the seminar leader to make sure these issues are addressed by the seminar content. At the end of each seminar, delegates are taken through an individual action planning session to identify their own priorities and actions

We have quite a few people who want to attend – can you deliver the seminar at our location?

We can either deliver the standard seminar content (tailored for your company) or we can create a bespoke programme drawing on our wide range of training courses. On site training costs are around £500 for a half day, and £900 for a full day. Please call on 0854 0569508 if you wish to discuss this option

How can I be sure of the quality of the seminar?

All of our training programmes are accredited by The Institute of Training and Occupational Learning. Furthermore our Seminar Leaders are industry professionals with wide experience, not only of running effective training programmes, but also in developing business.
